Petitioner Asks Comelec to Junk Raffy Tulfo’s COC

Spokesperson James Jimenez said that a woman named Julieta Pearson filed the motion. The basis of her petition was Tulfo’s alleged dishonesty in his COC as he did not declare her as his wife. Pearson asserted that she and Tulfo got married at Tarlac in October 1982. This marriage was never nullified.
